This used CFS Compact 420 is a shrinking machine — sometimes referred to as a thermoforming packaging machine — designed for the vacuum skin and vacuum packaging of a wide range of food products. Tray format changes are carried out by manually exchanging the forming tool, allowing a range of tray types and dimensions to be run on the same line.

Operators can programme cycle step, speed, dwell time, temperature and vacuum level directly through the machine's controls.
