Mated with the ALLISON 3000MH 6 speed w/electronic shifter for velvety smooth operation. You will love the rear master bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan, loads of storage, and a cedar lined large closet. The master bathroom is large and has a toilet and a large shower. The washer/dryer is also behind cabinet doors in the master bathroom. For your guests, there is a 1/2 bath in the living area of the RV. They are fully operable but need dent damage repaired and repainted. The upper sidewall on the rear passenger side has been scraped and needs mild repair and repaint. The front generator compartment cover is badly checked and needs to be smoothed and repainted. The front tires are Michelin which are 9 years old. The rear tires are GOODYEAR which look pretty fresh but are six years old. Buyers should consider replacing all tires. The automatic entry steps were not operational. The seller believes that the sensor solenoid, which activates the auto-steps, needs replacing. The interior is good, and all appliances work. Residential Side by Side Refrigerator Freezer with Ice maker is in good condition. The interior could use a good detailing. Basically, the RV has not been driven since 2020 and is stored under a large steel-enclosed garage. The real side-to-side mud flap is slightly bent. The exterior needs the repairs previously noted and a very good detail. The CUMMINS engine started right up and runs smoothly.
