It's typically used in commercial printing environments where large volumes of paper need to be fed into printing or finishing machines. The HL6 is known for its reliability precision and speed making it suitable for demanding production environments. It's often integrated into production lines alongside other printing and finishing equipment to streamline workflows and increase efficiency Basic equipment Basic module with web feed and outfeed Operating console and operating panel with display for setup and easy operation Casing with safety monitoring Register print mark reader top and bottom Two matrix readers top Editor for easy preparation of laser patterns Chiller for cooling the lasers Air filter for replenishing air for laser operation Technical variants Configuration with 1 or 2 laser heads Laser heads of 350 W or 750 W power Lower matrix reader Optional equipment Exhauster with activated carbon filter and fire suppression (The exhausted air must be guided out of the building) Spare parts kit Technical data Specifications Paper weight HL6-350: 40 to 90 g/m2 HL6-750: 40 to 200 g/m2 Web width – centered: 165 to 520 mm (6.5 to 20.5") – left or right: 285 to 520 mm (11.2 to 20.5") Speed: 10 to 150 m/min Format lenght: 5.5 to 62" Laser power HL6-350: 350 W HL6-750: 750 W Laser type: CO2 Laser class 1 Laserchiller: 1 Chiller per laser head Power-Link mains connection Mains type 400V Mains type: 3x400 VAC ±10% 3LNPE Frequency: 50 to 60 Hz Fusing: 25 AT provided by customer Overvoltage protection: L-N L-PE per phase N-PE Mains type 208V Mains type: 3x208/240 VAC ±10% 3LPE Frequency: 50 to 60 Hz Fusing: 20 AT provided by customer Overvoltage protection: L-L L-PE per phase Single module mains connection Mains type 230V Mains type: 230 VAC ±10% 3LNPE Frequency: 50 to 60 Hz Fusing: 16 AT provided by customer Overvoltage protection: L-N L-PE N-PE Mains type 208V Mains type: 208/240 VAC ±10% 3LPE Frequency: 50 to 60 Hz Fusing: 15 AT provided by customer Overvoltage protection: L-L L-PE per phase Electrical module data Voltage: 208 to 240 VAC ±10% LNPE/2LPE Rated current: 7 A Effective output HL6-II-350: 1.87 kW HL6-II-750: -- kW Apparent power HL6-II-350: 2.59 kVA HL6-II-750: -- kVA Reactive power HL6-II-350: 0.60 kVar HL6-II-750: -- kVar Heat dissipation: 3678 BTU/h (3880 kJ/h) Technical module data Weight HL6-I-350: 800 kg HL6-II-350: 900 kg HL6-I-750: 820 kg HL6-II-750: 940 kg Sound pressur level: 71 dB (acc. to EN 13023) Purpose The Hunkeler Laser module HL6 produces precise perforations cut-outs or kiss-cuts of any forms in 1-up and 2 up mode. The main applications are in transpromo- and security-printing. Deposit slips coupons reply cards and labels can be manufactured individually without pre-processed paper. Security relevant documents can be prevented from counterfeiting by adding symbols texts or numbers by laser Method of operation The printed continuous paper is fed to the module in offline mode. Jobs (laser patterns) created by the user are loaded to the module via the integrated PC. The relevant laser pattern is retrieved via a data matrix code and executed accordingly. There are hardly any limits to flexibility in terms of job and laser pattern variations Special technical features The processing parameters and corrections can be set easily by means of the large-sized color display. Laser images are generated and managed using the separate "Laser Editor" software. The modular concept enables individual equipment of the module with one or two laser heads of different power Find more here show contacts Contact us at show contacts Show the whole comment
