Outer tray 2 format: 200 x 101 mm, inner tray 2 format: 182 x 86mm. Depth: 20 to 80mm. The machine was used for salmon portions. The machine runs at approximately 6.5 cycles per minute. The machine can pack both vacuum and modified atmosphere (MAP) packaging. We use a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide gases in a 50% ratio.
