- HERKULES SNV-180 separator The device is designed to separate meat from bones left over from cutting. A unique system of heads was used here, as well as a hydraulic pressing system, which allows the processing of even unground bones. The designers of the device envisaged its use in the processing of various types of meat: pork, beef, lamb, horse. In the separation process, the raw material does not require preliminary cooling, because the temperature of the obtained stuffing increases slightly. The structure of the device is made of stainless steel. A hydraulic operating system with adjustable rotation and controlled pressure was used control panel.
