• Control units for gluing can be retrofitted to machines from any manufacturer. Sensors and encoders record all input variables of the control system. The control unit uses the input signals to open adhesive application valves in a very short time sequence – whether cold glue or hot melt. In this way an always identical adhesive pattern is created on every product in series production. Control and machine can exchange additional electrical data in both directions. The pressure vessels with volumes of 0.75 or 15 liters are preferably used for materials with low viscosity and constant machine speeds in the low-pressure range up to 6 bar
